Registration Policies
You and an unlimited number of employees* can join in by calling an 800 number, entering a PIN number, then participating via speaker/conference phone. We will have live, interactive Q&A.

Please note: We are unable to accomodate more than one home care agency or company per call-in site.

Non-Colorado Region VIII guests are invited to register at the HCAC Member rate.

Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations must be made in writing to the HCAC office, 7853 East Arapahoe Court #2100, Englewood, CO 80112-1361; fax (303) 694-4869; hcac@assnoffice.com.

Written requests for refunds received on or before Wednesday, July 3rd will receive a 50% refund; fees are nonrefundable after this date.

There are no refunds for not calling in.

Confirmation
Appropriate calling instructions will be e-mailed to participating agencies in time for the conference. Certificates of attendance will be mailed after evaluations are received.
