Registration Policies
You and an unlimited number of employees* can join in by calling an 800 number, entering a PIN number, then participating via speaker/conference phone. We will have live, interactive Q&A.

Please note: Registration fees are based per dial-in connection; multiple call-ins from your agency will be charged. We are unable to accommodate more than one home care agency or company per call-in site. 

Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations must be made in writing to the HCAC office, 7853 East Arapahoe Court #2100, Centennial, CO 80112-1361; fax (303) 694-4869; hcac@assnoffice.com.

Written requests for refunds received five (5) business days before the audio-conference date will receive a 50% refund; fees are nonrefundable after this date.

Confirmation
Appropriate calling instructions will be e-mailed to participating agencies in time for the conference. Certificates of attendance will be mailed after evaluations are received.
